Default Just a little lift

Hey all,

I have a 2003 CC cart that I ordered new wheels and tires for. The retailer claimed "no lift needed" with the 12 inch rims and mid-low profile tires. It now rubs on bad bumps. I don't want to jack it way up with a 3 or 4 inch lift so my question is this......Is there a way to lift the cart just 1 or 1 1/2 inches?

Thanks in advance!

Paul

I have a 2006 CC . I put a 1” block spacer in the front and dual action springs on the rear that raised the rear 1” also. This may work for you. I did not want a 3 or 4 inch lift either.

Thank you! Did you find a spacer made for this purpose or did you use a piece of 1 inch square steel stock or........?

Site sponsor Golf Cart Tire Supply has them. They may have the springs also.

You can also install longer rear shackles to get a 1” lift. That would be less expensive.
