WTS/WTT 400amp SepEx Controller for Series Controller

I done goofed, and accidentally purchased a Curtis 1264 SepEx controller on ebay that the seller said was brand new, albeit a little scratched up.

I did not realize that there were major differences between the SepEx and Series types of controllers, and am hoping to trade or buy a similarly sized "series" controller!

I would also be willing to sell the controller for what I paid for it, which was $425 obo.

Also, if anyone knows of a good place to purchase a remanufactured or used series controller, please let me know as I am a college student doing my first resistor cart to solid state conversion.

Yes, it is a 1264-5407 48volt 400amp controller most commonly used on the EZ GO Shuttle I believe.

Actually, it looks like I got it for $499, but I am open to offers and I am definitely open to trades for a series controller!

OK. So its set up for ITS throttle. That will def matter to someone when buying. Im pretty sure it can be changed, if you have the Curtis programmer

Can i ask what cart you are converting? it will help with knowing which controller will work best for you. you can get a series alltrax in that budget.

I'm converting a Western Golf and Country, but everything beyond the fiberglass is a based off an EZGO Marathon. As of now, I've (unadvisedly) bumped it to 48v and it's slowly ruining the Vglide. And that is what is prompting me to do this conversion.

I thiiiink I have a pretty good grasp on what I'm doing, and I just messed up not knowing to look for what type of motor the controller would work for. I already have a new solenoid, a 0-5k curtis pb-6 throttle and am now looking for a very affordable controller. Do you have any suggestions on where to find one inexpensively?
