![]() actually 49.7 batteries is not a full charged pack (@51V is), that may be a problem there. I would suggest monitoring the pack voltage while you try to drive. Make sure your pack doesnt drop below 48 volts while trying to accelerate LIGHTLY. If you have a bad cell or bad cable or connection, you will see a false good voltage, but when you load up the motor, the voltage drops way down below 46 or lower

![]() the batteries are brand new.cables are in good shape also.
I will check for the voltage drop under load in case its something i cant see, thats a good idea. |

![]() No voltage drop.............meter didnt change at all.
Should i have voltage across the solinoid without the pedel being depressed (big post with black lead of VOM on neg end of pack, red on post)i have 49.7 without the pedel being moved,at the red coming from the pack and the yellow going to the controller. I have access to a Clubcar shop manual but its 40 miles away at my old job.Iam going to get that sucker when i do get over there, the course doesnt have Clubcar any more so they dont need it.Its for 99 regen systems. |

![]() The regen carts are a completely different animal, the manual won't be of much help. I had a 95 that drove me nuts awhile back .... run one day next day nothing run a day later and 2 days later not. Turned out that the MCOR (throttle indicator device) was going bad.... You can check throttle output at the controller. The throttle input wires at the controller are 2 small wires one black - other is white. check them with your ohm meter. Should be getting 5K at rest and 0 at WOT.....hope this helps

![]() reagan carrt has 2 solenoids...which one are yoiu hearing? if its the one with the 2 6 gage cables going to the resistor coil than that could be the problem you want to jump the master it has small wires bolted to it as well as the pos. cable from #1 battery......also look to see if that coil is getting glowing red the reagan solenoid could be stuck on..............and i agree 49 .7 volts isn,t a good sign........so get them fully charged and let sit for 1/2 hour if its still at 49 volts i would go over every battery even new ones can be bad but a good 8 volt battery will read almost 9 volts................................
