Just to make sure I'm doing compression test correctly. Is it done in neutral, with one plug still in and plug wire removed?

Tried to do the compression test correctly but my tester must have broken. It worked a little at the start then just read zero after that. Got it from harbor freight and yesterday was the first time Iíve used it. Will try to borrow one tomorrow. If I canít find one itíll be Monday before I get back to harbor freight.
I feel like I had more compression this time but only on one side. The passenger side plug is sparking but pretty sure itís not starting the motor? It turns the clutch but very weak and clutch doesnít close. With the other plug in it runs good.
Took another pic of valves, hope itís better.

The intake valves need replacing according to your pictures. Easy fix if you pull the engine.

10-4. Are there instructions on how to do that anywhere on here? I just did the compression test again and only got 95 on both sides. Without and with adding oil.

Manual

To do this easy its best to remove the engine and sit it on a table. Have you ever removed one of these engines before ? There is a video on youtube on how to do this but the person really didn't know what was doing.

I am old but I can have one out on table in 45 minutes, maybe sooner if the muffler don't give me a hard time removing it from manifold. Don't break those bolts. I use a torch to avoid breaking one :)
