wire marking
As I posted before on my 95 ezgo I made all new 4ga wires my question is what is the best way to mark them.

I assume you mean label the ends? Best way I know is to use white heat shrink and write on it with a Sharpie.

I use blue masking tape wrapped a loop or two, then a sharpie.

For black wires I use a silver sharpie, red wire I use black sharpie...on the wire itself.
