Default Double Tube Rear Bumper

Does anyone have pictures of one of these installed? Just trying to figure out without any directions or hardware how these are installed. Does it go on over the plastic bumper or does the old bumper come off? If mounted over the existing then what type hardware is used to mount it with? I also see I need a license plate mount some how. Hmmm, any pics/ideas would be helpful

I have bigger problems, the holes don't line up and after measuring the bumper square pads with the mounting holes are not symmetrical. More work than I thought

I dunno what brand of rear bumper your trying to attach, but I mounted an Outback Fab on mine. It bolted on thru the bottom of the cart's existing holes where the rear step would bolt on. Here's a pic of it mounted if this helps:
