OBC removal on Club Car DS Series

So I've read a few threads and no that by completely removing the OBC, I need to get ground from the controller B- to the negative side of the coil. I've looked at pics too. But I haven't seen if someone made a jumper with the stock plug on the OBC to provide this ground without running a wire or splicing the black and yellow? Is it possible?

There are three wires in the stock plug: black, red and yellow.

The yellow wire in that plug runs all the way to the solenoid coil. You can do it a couple ways. Make a new male plug and only utilize one pin on the yellow wire and run it straight to the B- post of the controller, or remove the yellow wire from the solenoid and put a new wire on it and run it to B-.

Hello South Co, i know this thread is old but I acquired a 01 club car series with the OBC missing. Can you send me a pic of your final wiring as I need to wire this cart with no OBC.

Look in the Electric CC "stickies." There is a thread in there devoted to this.
