Default 2009 Zone NEV-48 Wiring Question

I'm new to the BuggiesGoneWild crowd and thought this was the best place to find an answer after googling for hours.

I have recently purchased a 2009 Zone Electric NEV-48. The electrical system had been dismantled by someone and I have finally reassembled it all. Everything works as designed except for the stereo. I have found a white wire with a red stripe and wire tag marked #12 not connected. I assume that this has something to do with the radio...but not positive and would like to keep from shorting something. Any help would be great. Thanks

Is this loose wire in the battery bay or in the dash area?

Can you post a pic?

There is a DC to DC converter (48v to 12v) in the battery bay on the passenger side. It appears as a big heat sink. The wire harness feeds through between the front two rightside batteries. See my pic of the DC converter in another thread.
