Club Car Precedent stuttering and won't move?

I had the same exact issue. CC precedent new XCT400 install and new SW180 solenoid. Stutters and wont move after install. Stuttering forward in reverse and stuttering reverse in forward. Low voltage and precharge errors from controller but everything was installed correctly and pack is 52v+.

My problem was the diode on the small posts of the solenoid. I removed it and the cart and controller work fine now. The large post solenoid is there still.

THANK YOU so much for this info. I was able to fix a similar problem where the motor was stuttering forward or reverse. I removed a small diode from the small posts and now it's working fine.

But I still have a major issue: I am only able to go forward when I switch to reverse at a maximum speed of 15 mph with the buzzing sound and as soon as I put it to forward it goes reverse MUCH FASTER! I can't troubleshoot how this could've happened 😳😳😳

I have a similar problem as OP. Was driving and it just seemed to lose power and then stutter when trying to accelerate. Pack is good, but when i put the Alltrax toolkit in monitor it shows low battery and low input voltage.
