You say it's slow, but how slow is "slow"? Have you GPSed it?

Yeah, it's at about 15mph. It has stock wheels, has a rear seat, no lift kit yet. It will eventually get a 6" lift and 14" wheels and tires.

That's too slow for the motor you've got on it now. Check your pedal linkage. How far do you have to depress the accelerator (in inches) before you hear the solenoid click?

My first cart had the 5 solenoid setup was slow found the ball stud on bottom of footfeed was whallered out wasn’t getting full travel once I got it tightened up ran like a champ
