Cart won,t move ,brakes on?
Will low or dead battery,s cause brakes to lock.If so how do you manually disengage.Have seen this happen at park I,m at .?

Undo the tow switch panel. Read the under side instructions and switch the 1/2 3/4 plugs it will release the brake.
