There are 'encoders' on the throttle and the brake pedals. There is an 'encoder' on the motor. The throttle and brake pedal encoders are very different from the bearing encoder on the motor.

BobBoyce thank you for your guidance , sorry for a late reply, changed out the speed sensor the throttle and brake position sensors. after that all works like new !!!! a headache solved .
