Chances are good they are shot. No guarantees but they’ll never be balanced correctly again.

Do you think the 2 lowest batteries could be brought up enough for the cart to be driven for even a short period?

It it’s a round plug, it will use an OBC controlled Powerdrive charger.

Are you sure that plug fits in the cart? It should have a round three pin plug. I don’t see what the good reason would be to change both sides.

Yes. That’s great he one that fits. I know basically nothing about carts but I have a strange feeling that a previous owner did something screwy with this cart. My main concern is that I don’t want to buy the wrong batteries.

They are all 8v batteries. 4 caps. I’m in Mexico. Things aren’t always done the proper way here.

Then if you buy 8v batteries you will be fine. I would not recommend that charger though. It is not good for batteries, much less new ones.
