If your gas pedal was pressed when that picture was taken, it's not showing as pressed in the software. It appears to be pressed by the 100% throttle. Gas pedal has a 'on-off' switch & a 'how far' range sensor. I'm suspecting the on-off part isn't working.

Might want to check what throttle type is loaded as well as what the low voltage slider is set to.
