2013 RXV info, upgrades?

I am buying a 2013 RXV from a friend.
It has new batteries, 6" lift and 23" tires.
The usage of the cart will be riding the wife and 3 kids around hunting land.
I was wondering what my options are with having bob Boyce tune the controller or buying an upgraded controller.
I would like to have it go around 23-25mph with as much torque as possible for going through soft mud and pulling a deer ground blind on a sled, possibly adding 25" tires and long travel in the future. I know a series cart would probably be better for this but I'm a getting a good deal and wanted yalls opinion.

You cant get an rxv to do all that safely with 25" tires. Maybe change the gear ratio (numerically higher).

25" tires and high speed gears will be like attempting to drive a Nissan 350ZX in 5th gear. Been there, done that!

Please re-read my post. I clearly said "numerically higher", the opposite of high speed gears.
