How to get new batteries to 100% charge?
I just replaced my 4-12's with Crown GR-GC150's and after running them for about 3 weeks, my pack voltage is hovering around 50.5. That's suggests approximately 90% charge.
Question: how do I get them to 100% charge or about 50.9 volts, after a charging session? I plug in charger everytime after use. Z |

And what does each battery read? Might have a bad one in the pack.

Is it a power drive charger with an OBC? That’s not right.

Re: How to get new batteries to 100% charge?
Give it a few more chargers and usages to build the plates all the way up. You are still breaking your pack in.
You can also got to Tow, disconnect the main pack negative for ~20 minutes and then reconnect to reset the OBC. |
