That’s actually what I’ve been using but I haven’t disassembled it completely yet.

Heavy duty rear leaf springs usually have 3 or 4 leaves.
The OEM springs are a single leaf.

Oh, well that’s a good observation. I think I’ll order new leaf springs and bushings which will solve the squeak in the back too!

A stronger leaf pack will probably raise the rear end about 1-1.5".
Maybe more, your single rear leaf is fairly flat just sitting there.
Usually there will be a little arch to the spring, but you have a rear seat.
You could just get a bushing kit for any squeaks which are readily available.

I rarely have passengers but don’t want it to drop significantly if I do.

I’ve got all sorts of bushings ready to go in my cart, but I’ll measure out the potential height addition for the rear, that aesthetically may not be pleasing to me. I always prefer leveled over the typical “truck” rear sticking up!

Put a couple of people in the rear seat and see what the difference is and what the spring looks like.
It will probably be curved downward a little on the ends.
A 3 leaf dual-action setup would probably be good, but with a thicker pack you will need longer U-bolts.
Take out the spacer block on top of the bracket, the ride height may end up very close and the U-bolts may still fit.

Hah, I didn’t even notice that rusted spacer there! I haven’t seen U bolts with new leaf packs online yet but I’m sure they’re out there, I wonder if someone has measurements on the thickness of the HD leaf.
