Default Help ID this 12v converter and wiring diagram

This thing came with the cart. Currently, the blue and white and spliced together and runs to the battery positive, yellow wire to the negative. Red going to the fuse panel positive and black to the fuse panel negative. The orange wire is not hooked up. I’m thinking the white wire might be the switch trigger wire. I don’t want to experiment it since I already fried a fuse.

In case anyone is interested. Sergio provided the following info:

Blue Wire = +48v input power
Yellow Wire = Negative input
White Wire = Key Switch trigger wire

Black Wire - Negative output for 12v accessories
Orange Wire = +12v Always ON
Red Wire = +12v controlled by Key Switch

Now my converter is not always on anymore.

I recently bought a cart and it has the same converter on it... I have put new batteries and new accessories. My question is what do I do with the orange wire? Is there any diagrams out there I can use to go off of?

Orange would be 12 volts always on for radio memory or a clock.

If you don't need a permanent 12V for a radio memory, just cap it and leave it disconnected. The reason for capping it, is so that it doesn't touch anything and cause a short.

I have one more question...? I hooked up my sound bar and hooked the white up to the ignition switch but there is still power to the sound bar? Any ideas of where I screwed up?

You probably hooked it up to the hot side of the switch.

I went back and checked everything and even switched it to the other wire but still no luck? I’m not sure what I could have done I’ve checked the wires three times now. Any ideas?

So you hooked up your sound bar to the 12v outputs? i.e. to the black wire and the red wire (not the orange wire)?
