Did you verify what it was? The AC breaker on the front or what???

X2, replacing these three parts will solve your problem. I had a PD2 doing the exact same thing once, and this kit fixed it.

OK Guys IT WORKED!!! Well Kinda, I think, maybe.

So I replaced everything that came in the kit except the circuit breaker(didnt think i needed it because this was working and it looks alot different). Plugged up everything last night around 10:30 pm and bam she fired up to max amps and started charging.

Well I went out this morning around 7.....still charging. Do you think this is right? Certainly not right? should have kicked off right? Or could batteries be that run down, It has been about a month or so. Thanks for all the help guys, really really appreciate it.

It can take up to 16 hrs to charge a very low pack.

At if it does time out and cut off, be sure to unplug it a few seconds, and then plug it back in to let it complete the charge cycle.
