That silver box is the 12V converter to power your lights, radio, etc. It should not have impact on the cart running. However, you could try disconnecting it and see if anything changes. If it is hot without any draw on it, it is probably bad.

If you do not have a separate fuse panel somewhere from the addition of that 12v reducer, you need to check the main fuse. From underneath the cart, look up and in front of the drive axle for a black plastic enclosure. Remove that box and you will access the electronics and harness. You will see a couple of various fuse holders that you have to open inspect the flat blade fuse.

Always flip to Tow and remove the main pack negative when touching anything electrical on the cart.

That ended up being the issue. Cart is now running. Inverter is shot, disconnected it and replacing with a new one. Thanks!

Your "silver box" is a DC to DC voltage reducer.
An inverter transforms DC voltage to AC voltage.
A converter transforms AC voltage to DC voltage.
Do you have a fuse or circuit breaker on the output of the voltage reducer?
