That big + sign on the Top of the Contactor indicates it has magnetic blowouts installed and "polarity" needs to be observed.

You need to switch Your cables 3 and 4 around.

So B+ cable connects to the Top bar across the two posts on the contactor.

The A2 cable goes to the bottom terminal of the Contactor.

The change above will cause the cart to run opposite than it is running now, so You may need to change the S1 and S2 cables to have the motor runs on the same direction as the FNR switch.

If all terminals on the contactor are tight and it clicks in either direction, I can only think of two possibilities at this time.

1. The Reversing Contactor has failed in one side (hit the body with a hammer wood handle to see if contacts inside are stuck).

2. If You are running a wire from the Alltrax Blue terminal (reduced speed) to the reversing contactor "reverse side" coil, perhaps You have the reverse speed set to 0% the Controller (Unplug the Blue terminal from the Alltrax to test).
