motor voltage seems low
06 club car precedent. alltrax 48500. admiral mot a4. 48 volt. 23 inch tires.
I'm only getting about 20 mph with the torque field map. I ran monitor with the alltrax tool kit and I noticed a couple things. First it I was told to set the max rpm to 6250 and the cart never gets over 4200 and usually less than that. second is the voltage going to the motor never gets higher than 45.9. Both seem odd to me. Maybe I'm wrong. If it's not right where should I start looking? |

Re: motor voltage seems low
Specs only claim 20 mph as the top speed
Features include: For Club Car IQ High Torque Motor For Stock and Lifted carts with Mild Hills 12” OAL and 11” from the back end of the speed sensor the face, not including the spline. Shunt Motor with Regen 48 VDC Speed up to 20 mph 10-50% increase in torque 10 Tooth Female Spline 12.3 HP Peak Perhaps you should have got the speed motor. |

Re: motor voltage seems low
I asked about the motor voltage and the rpm being low. If it is supposed to be like that or not.

Re: motor voltage seems low
I believe the admiral mot a4 uses a 4 pole magnet. Make sure you have that selected in the alltrax software.
