Default No turn/hazard lights

When trying to use the turn signals (or hazard lights), nothing happens. I don't hear the "blinker" clicks, and the led light is not on the hazard switch. Headlights function normally. What am I looking for inside the dash? And if it is the component, would it be a common part? I'm going to check voltages, but it would nice to have a replacement part on hand.

I found two identical relays inside dash. With out an electrical schematic, I probed the recepticals, found no voltage, I swapped the two relays with no result. Does anyone have a schematic for the lights, turn signals, hazard lights? I'm just fishing in the dark here.

Did they ever work? If so, it's probably flasher relay. It's located at the base of the steering column. You could probably get one off Amazon.
