Default 83 CC DS need help !!!

It’s a 36v has five solenoids, new batteries, new wires, everything seems to check out ok, but to go, forward or reverse, if I jump the first solenoid (drivers side) to any of the other 4, wheels spin no problem, what am I missing ??

The first solenoid closest to the drivers side of the cart is the MASTER solenoid. If it is getting power and it does not click replace it.

It does click, and the same for the next 2, but the wheels don’t move, but if I run a jumper from it to any of the others, the wheels spin faster with each one down the line, I’m thinking of replacing all five of them

If each of them is clicking and it gets sequentially faster, you must have (as Scotty pointed out) a bad master solenoid. It may be clicking and still be bad.

And when I run the jumper from the master to the others, the wheels spin, I’m not pushing the pedal, don’t know if that matters

Now it sounds like the master is triggered on constantly or it is wired wrong.
Disconnect the big wire ( cable) from the master to the slave solenoids. (no output connection) and see if the solenoid indeed opens and closes with each click. If no the problem could be in the micro switches

When I checked the solenoids 3 is bad and 5 sounded pretty weak, would 1 or 2 solenoids start the cart from moving at all ?
