Alltrax controller\reverse speed
I am trying to adjust the reverse speed on my 93 club car ds 36v. Cart was working fine previously and then I had to replace the HD Forward\reverse switch because a bolt came loose and then the orange wire came loose and was affecting the cart going in reverse. The bolt holding the orange wire on was stripped. I put all the wires back in the correct places, or so I thought.
Currently the cart has full speed reverse. I connected to the Alltrax SR48500 controller and moved the slider bar for reverse speed and nothing happens. However, when I move the slider bar for forward speed to 50% if affects both forward and reverse speed. I am guessing that the wiring is not correct but I don’t know where to start. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or can anyone point me in the right direction on where to start? |

Re: Alltrax controller\reverse speed
The orange wire should carry full battery voltage to the controller J1 blue terminal when the cart is in reverse only. This will trigger the control to apply the reverse speed reduction you set in the program.
