Club Car Precedent 2010 batteries wont charge after Navitas upgrade

Club Car Precedent (2010 model) - upgraded to Navitas 600A controller and AC motor.

Think my model has an OBC (but I not 100% sure) and would the OBC have been affected by the Navitas upgrade? Would this be why my batteries wont charge?

If this is the problem, how easy would it be to bypass the OBC?

I haven’t been near the charger before and so detailed instructions appreciated if there is a fix.

Added: my charger is internal to the cart, not standalone.

These are videos from a 2009 or below Precedent but same process for the 2010. It is how I removed my 2010 OBC.

Also, if you are still using your stock club car charger, DO NOT bypass or remove the OBC. I would contact Navitas.

Solved - bought an aftermarket charger that bypasses the OBC.

Stock charger can be wired to still work with the OBC after installing Navitas, but I decided to buy a decent aftermarket charger to avoid this complexity.
