Zone Car in New York
The
Zone Spark NEV 48 in New Yorkhas to be modified by Drive Electric with Minor additions for it to be registered. They did say that they are working with an engineer to furfill the N.Y. requirements. |

That is true, I understand that the defroster is needed if doors or an enclosure is put on the cart. They also require a third brake light, speedometer,and widshield wiper.
