Default 2000 XRT - Need some info

Using the VERY handy info on the site, I have figured out that I now own a 2000 Club Car XRT Carryall 2 ! Already has some aluminum wheels on it, and I am looking to maybe put on a small lift ( it is already fairly high! ) and definitely want to speed it up some! SO.......the biggest questions I have are

#1 ) I can see the Letters/numbers FE350 on the engine - is it the same as the rest of the 350's ?

#2) The engine also has a sticker on it that says NOACR or NO-ACR
any ideas what the heck that means? LOL

#3) Are all the mods stated for the Precedent and DS cars applicable to this cart as well?

Thanks in advance for any help, and again.....>AWESOME SITE!

#1) 1996 and older Fe350's are counter clockwise rotating.
1997 and newer Fe350's are clockwise rotating.

#2) I believe that would be "No Automatic Compression Release". Someone correct me if I am wrong.

#3) Your cart is basicly a DS cart streached and with a large bed on the rear, so I believe most of the DS mods will work for you. If you have any doubt just pose a question.

Oh and Wellcome.

I only gave $1500 for it ! Kinda like stealing without a gun!

I am thinking 4 inches of lift so I can get 26 tires under it? It has 22's on it now, and they are close, but don't rub at all. That might make it hard for the kids to get in it though! ;)

$1500 sounds like a good deal. A friend has one for sale but he wants $1800 for it with a bad clutch and its a 99 with the top. I was trying to get him down on the price but..... That cart looks good. Does it seems pretty fast and how is the low end torque?

Low end is great. Been playing with the governor. Someone jacked with it that didn't know what they were doing ! It would peg the rev limiter, then come back. I didn't drive it that way. Brought it straight home and messed with it first. Now time for some fine tuning to get a little more speed out of it! It was $1500+tax = 1605 . Add in 10 hours of driving and about 70 bucks worth of diesel fuel, and well......I'm still pretty happy with it!

You did good vz,
The FE350 is going to seem alot stronger compared to your Marathon!

I'm pretty much guessing you have a 4" Z lift on it now, (came stock on some carryall's, my Lynx did also,)
I studied BGW for 2 years to see what lift kit, or "additional" lift kit I could put on mine,
and rather then rewelding the frame to put an A arm or, Long Travel lift on it (I'm not much of a fabricator),
I added a Jakes 3" spindle lift, and put 25x12's on, and still have clearance for more tire.

I'm not "telling" you do the same...
double lifts are "frowned upon" by many people, and may not be very safe for off roading,
but, I use my cart mainly for a campground cruiser, and rarely go off road, so... it works for me!

Happy carting! and be safe!
