We do upgrade in steps like F&R, then cables, then controller/solenoid, then motor... but at any point the system is only as strong as the weakest link....

Forward/Reverse switch. On a series cart the carry full system amperage and need to be upgraded for hi-performance carts. In a DCS/PDS cart they do not.

It turned out our 2007 EZGO PDS has all 4 gauge cables already and they look OEM due to the labeling. Did EZGO do this on some? I expect ours is a fleet cart.

Ezgo did that on all PDS carts between the controller and motor but between the pack and controller. Go figure?

Even though they were 4 gauge some were full of green power and needed replacing. I think the silver solder ends will be an improvement.
