Default Squeak from rear of cart.

I have a friend that has a 2001 electric cart. I do all the maintence on it just about and now this camping season it seems to have a bad squeak coming from the rear. Dont know what side but its all the time at slow and fast speed. The cart is stock height. I ve checked the brakes and there in good shape. What could be causing this problem? How and what would be the best way to fix the problem?
