Default 2 inch lift kit question

I just bought a set of used 20-11-10 Trail Wolf Tires on regular rims (no offset). The front tires rub against the springs when fully turned and hit the bottom of the cowling when driving on uneven terrain. Does anyone have experience with the 2 inch lift kit from Radical. Kit comes with new shocks I believe...maybe that will take care of bottoming out, but don't know about the rubbing. I recently acquired a 1999 TXT series cart with six new Trojan T-605's. I upgraded to 6 guage cables, HD cam switch, and a digital volt meter from Scottyb's. Will upgrade controller/motor, but haven't decided what would be best for driving on hilly gravel roads(don't care about more speed). I don't want to lift the cart too high since my wife will drive it. My workhorse is a 1988 Yammy G1 on a 4 inch lift kit (20-10-8 tires) with small trailer in tow. Thanks.

I had the same problem with wide tires rubing, even with offset rims. I just put a st workhorse front axle on my 97 ezgo, no more problems. the bottoming out, lift I would say. One of the big boys will be along soon with more advice.

Even if you change the axle like I did, you will still need a lift kit. you could try wheel spacers.

I think your right about the lift kit. Will have to measure to see if a one or two inch spacer will work. I called Radical Golf Cart but was told that their lift kit specialist was not in today. I'm sure money will fix the problem. HA!
