Default What is this?

I didn't see a "What is this" page and maybe this isn't in the right place to ask for one. If not direct me there please. Anyway, I got this unit in a box of electric parts that were in the bed of my Workhorse.

What is this?

Thanks in advance

Thats what I was thinking and was hoping someone with a late-model cart would recognize the thing, good, bad or indifferent. Not that it's a big hurry to find out right away, the cart is showing it's a** anyway.

Thanks guys

I'm assuming you already Googled "238T". Sometimes, you have to open the unit and get numbers from the circuit board to Google.

I did and I got a type of metal roofing and an Army helicopter! Don't think that's what he is looking for! I don't even have a guess. It's got far to many pins to be a voltage converter.
