Default Dcs no go!

Hey guys....need some help here! I have a 97 ezgo DCS model cart that I just cant figure out! When I push on the pedal...the thing drives but very slowly...we tested motor and it tested good! the crazy thing about it is that I can actually here the motor spinning with the gas pedal movement but the thing just slowly moves. The motor is spinning and the cart vibrates! Any ideas? Is something stripped...? Thanks!

Check to see if one of the rear axles is spinning inside the hub. Remove any hub cap and axle dust shield to expose the castle nut. Watch each castle nut while someone tries to drive the cart. If the castle nut spins faster than the wheel, the hub on that side is stripped and the cart will barely move at all, sometimes not at all.

Ok I just checked the hubs and both hubs look good....? Could it be another gear inside the axle?

The rear ends are pretty bulletproof. More than likely it's the input shaft splines are stripped. You would need to drop the motor to inspect.

Also, test and post the voltage readings of each battery while under a load.

I would do Gorno's second option before I pulled the motor. Just my .02
