Seems like a good place for me to express my opinion on “consumer product safety warning labels”.

Personally, I think as a society we should eliminate them entirely! Think about it, if someone feels the need to blow dry or curl their hair while they are still in the shower or the tub, do you really want them driving the car next to you on your way to work?

If you just let them make that decision, it would solve a lot of problems.
Most notably, our courts would be available to put criminals in jail rather than deciding to award millions of dollars to someone who was not bright enough to put the coffee cup in the cup holder because they didn’t know their coffee would be hot!

Sounds like you're installing a DVM SoC meter.

Heat and a putty knife will remove the warning label. I used a 1875W hair dryer.
Be careful with the solvent used to remove the residual adhesive, some of them like EZGO plastic.

I enjoy reading warning labels also, but the sad thing is that there is a very high probability that more than one person actually did what is being warned against.

Personally, I believe we should do away with the labels and allow the Darwin Effect to proceed unhampered.

Yep, ordered one from Cartsunlimited. Also adding unique key switch with lights. The light switch is currently located right in the middle of the warning label and looks like crap. I guess I will need something to plug the hole where the light switch was after removing label. What are those called? Hole plugs, hole covers?

Regarding the label adhesive my fav solvent is Goo Gone.

Cover the hole with a Battery Voltage to SoC cheat sheet.

I love warning labels. One of my favorites is on the loop type cloth pull down towel dispensers in rest rooms that warns people not to stick your head in the loop.
Georgia's new buggy law mandates the label stay. I was gonna paint over it, but can't now.
