Ok...so I went ahead and replaced the solenoid hoping it would solve the problem or at least get me closer. Still no click from the solenoid when the pedal is pressed. The F/R switch looks very ugly but I don't even know where to start as far as trouble shooting it. Could also be the key switch or possible the wires from the pedal to the F/R. Anybody?

Basically .....

TXT solenoid activation
Power starts on the White wire on the 36+ of the battery pack.
Power travels to the charger receptacle, goes through a reed switch inside the receptacle and comes out on the red 12 gauge red wire.
The red wire travels back through the loom to the Forward and reverse switch where it attaches to a micro.
The other side of that micro has a blue wire attached that runs under the cart to the front and arrives at the keyswitch.
The keyswitch then transfers power to a green wire which returns to the area of the Forward and Reverse switch.
the power then goes through a 4 pin Molex connector and travels to the "pedal Box" (located under the floorboard of the car) where it goes through a micro and comes out on another red wire.
That red wire comes back up to the Controller/F&R area where it once again goes through the 4 pin molex connector and continues on to the small post of the solenoid.

Thanks scotty! Nailed it on the head! The white wire coming from the pos batt terminal goes to the charger box. From there it joins with the little red wire that comes out of the charger box and goes to the F/R switch. I have no voltage on the small red wire but had 36 volts going into the charger box on the larger white wire. Pulled the cover off of the charger box and found the little red wire had melted and basically disentigrated. Fixed that and now she moves! Thanks!

great thread. After that automatic charging thread that I have been following, this kind of thread is a site for sore eyes and mind.

HAHAHA! I'm just glad it was the first thing on that list and that I didn't have to work through the whole list and dig to get to the pedal microswitch!

Yes, but, there is a saying that you are only as good as what you have to work with. At least I think there is, there shoud be anyway.
