I am in the same boat here.
Jumpy throttle (mid pedal) and I have not been able to program around it with the Alltrax software.
I suspect my multi-step pot is bad. I have a 2000 CC DS 48V power drive plus cart. Just want to confirm this is the conversion kit I need:
102248301 - MCOR CONVERSION KIT
Looks like 220 bucks give or take.

thanks all-

jfcody; Had the same jerky throttle with stock pot and I disconnected the purple wire to the pot and the jerk was gone.Give it a try,it might work for you also. I also have Altrax.

thanks Rich- but no go here. Tried that and I had nothing.
My cart is a sepex regen II- maybe that is why mine is different than yours.

My question is, should it be the potentiometer or the microswitch in the pot box?

What would be the best solution for this and where to buy it?

You need to replace it with an MCOR conversion kit. It's available from several of these site sponsors and also from any Club Car Dealership. This is a common problem from a pot box.

Does this looks like an MCOR or OEM Pot Box?

I just want to know what I have on my Car
