Default 92 Club Car Power Kit And Low Gears

I was on buggies unlimited and they had the power kit which consist of
K & N Drop-In Replacement Filter (FLT CC2 1001)
Clutch Tuning Kit (CLT JL CC)
Basic Power Kit (STQ CC 1002K)
Drive Belt (BLT CC23 1349)

I was also looking at getting the low speed gear kit which has a 15:1 ratio vs the stock 12:1 AND the limited slip diff kit. I am installing a 8" A-arm lift and want to run 26's. Will I still be able to turn over the 26"s with the above upgrades? I dont care so much about speed I just want to be able to climb hills and offroad it hard. What else should I be doing? I read the sticky about rejetting the carb I think I will do this to. What should I do as far as the govenor and the rev limiter go? I want the most power I can get without hurting the motor. I was thinking do the above and leave the rev limiter hook up and just adjust the govenor to peak out at the rev limit. Any help is appreciated you guys are awesome. Thanks Thomas
