I was skeptical of this method at first, until TahoeDawg got me to try it when I had a REALLY stuck on armature. Two tips: one, be sure you do this on some sort of concrete or asphalt surface, and two, do it near the edge with the armature over grass and put down something soft (like a drunk friend ) to catch the armature when it pops off. Don't give up after a couple good whacks either, it took several to get the the armature to let loose on mine.


And yea, I wanna see a video of this too.

use a 5 gal bucket to catch the motor, slide the bucket over the motor and tie the bucket to the rear end so the motor don't hit the ground, or your foot
