How about 6K-10040-C7? 1987 E4S Electric, originally sold to Midwest Golf Car Sales and registered to Hartford Golf Club in Sioux Falls SD 4/1/1987. The manuals are pdf and loaded at buggiesgonewild.com/columbia-parcars
