I just made 8 lbs of Jerky and I had another 8 lbs soaking in salt water now... Boy is it good!!!!

I wonder why they never field dressed the deer where they found it.
I got a big 9 point buck yesterday. Field dressed at around 220. Guessing gross score would be around 140 or so. Only bad thing is when it was running away , it ran into a tree and broke an antler off, so that sucks. |
