You have a battery cable hooked up wrong.
Do you have an electronic speed controller?

I don't have a electronic speed control. Only a wiper switch assembly.

Print this diagram off and check all your wiring. I would look in the forward/reverse switch connection area first then go out fom there to the motor.

Default Hey roady89

Looks like you have a few diagrams handy. I need help on this: 88-03 electric club car wiring diagram with v-glide. I am installing a new FNR. The wiring diagram is pretty much how my layout is, but I have no detail on which wire connects to which connector on the FNR. Can you help?

999 times out of 1000 it is not the motor. Did the cart run before you replaced the cable ends? If so, it is definitely in the wiring. Did you replace battery cable ends because they were corroded? If so, cables themselves are also corroded inside the sheaths providing plenty of resistance to the amps trying to get thru....
