Default Cart suddenly stopped moving

1995 medalist fully rebuilt 6 mi the ago. Has had zero issues or bugs until yesterday. Kids say they drove over a small bump at the foot of our driveway and it stopped working. All power turns on, all accessories work fine. Navitas app shows all values moving throttle, voltage etc but nothing for motor rpm. I have not had a chance to dig Into it yet. The fact that they say after a bump is when it happened makes be think it’s a connection that came loose but there was nothing obvious in a quick visual inspection.

95 medalist series cart. navitas 600 controller, plumquick cobra motor, HD f/r switch and solenoid, 2awg wires, 36v lead acid. Basically everything on the cart is brand new as it was a full build. Again has worked perfectly since we finished the build.

I plan to dig Into to it Tuesday when I’m off. But if anyone has an idea of what it could be off the top of their head I’d appreciate the direction to start my inspection.

Thank you in advance

Yeah, it sounds like a loose connection somewhere. Key switch, FNR, some micro-switch, etc. It appears you have some wire tugging to do. I'd tug on 4 or 5 wires, and give it a try and repeat until it goes.

Yup....I had the very same thing (loose connection) about 8 months ago. The "clip on" wires had one that was not tight when pushed on.

I took a pair of needle nose pliers and squeezed the curled ends of the tabs just a little more....careful and don't overdo it or they won't slide back on.

That may work for ya.

Tomorrow afternoon we will dig into it. It has to be a loose connection. Considering literally everything was replaced in this thing. It’s probably time for a good once over anyway since we are hitting the 6mos mark of the build. Will update when I figure it out in case someone else runs into similar issues to hopefully give a good starting point for them.
