![]() I have a 99G16E Yamaha that I just put a 6 inch Jakes lift kit on. It runs fine and rides good except it is slow going up hills. My questioin is, will I need to upgrade my controller and/or motor to accomodate the lift kit?

![]() WELCOME !!
The lift won't matter but the bigger tires take more juice to push. SO most people end up doing some kinda speed and/or torque upgrade. ![]() |
