Govenor rod and switch
So after reading a bunch of posts about the Club Car governor rod adjustment I decided to give it a try. It seemed like it would be pretty simple and a actually was. It took only 10-15 minutes. But, I wasn't prepared for the cam to be out of adjustment on the starter microswicthes. Turned the key and she started right up. Ended up shortening the rod again until the cam/switch relationship was correct and the pedal again controlled the start/stop functions.
Did I miss something in the instructions? I don't recall anything about the switch assembly adjustment. |
