Default Yamaha Governor/torque kit

I am curious on how to bypass a governor on a G1. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tightened the adjustment screw all the way?

Is the adjustment screw located on the governor itself or the linkage from the governor to the carb? I have the linkage all way out...

The philiips screw on the governor lever on top of the rear end. Turn it in to increase speed.

Awesome! Thanks guys! Im kind of a moron when it comes to finding the right parts to adjust! I'll let you guys know! Also, to install a converter power spring kit, do I need to take the inner sheave off?

Yes, the driven clutch will have to be removed completely.
