Alltrax - only getting 17-19mph

So did you ever get 100% from the Alltrax controller? If you can hook it up to the laptop while running it. My guess is that you aren't running at 100% based on the results of your old stock controller.

Yes. Monitored via laptop several times while driving . Getting 100% according to monitor.

DCX400. Old stock controller
Slight incline. 13-15. 18-19
Flat. 17-19. 24-25
Decline (same hill as incline) 23-24. 28-29 (and rising)

Results were on fully charged pack (left over 12 hrs) and no other changes.

So what do I do with this brand new Alltrax controller?

Exchange it with whomever you purchased it from. If it's new there should be no problem with the vendor or Alltrax.

If you have the correct field map loaded for that motor, it sounds like everything else is shown to support better performance, so it must be the controller It self.

Sorry took so long. DCX Controller is now on way to supplier so had to look up on paper where I noted it.

Field Map 6
Usual settings:
Turbo off (tried it on as well but got no more speed just a "spark plug missing" affect)
Max current 100%
Under voltage 27V
Over voltage 53V
Throttle up 4
Throttle down 7
Brake current 30%
Top speed 100%

Last curve used was clubcar3A.hex which was the smoothest but I tried all standard (linear, progressive etc)

Yes. #6 which is for a stock motor which is what PQ recommend.
