Stovebolt,

I think I have just about figured out through searching the BGW site that my driven clutch is going out. When I step on the accelerator my buggy starts to move like the clutch is always engaged where as it used to start up then as RPM's went up it engaged. So my dilemma now is to attempt to remove and rebuild or find second hand (which is looking like a lost cause).

May just have to rebuild mine and hope I can get if off the buggy in one piece!!

Guess I'm lucky, after owning about 15 carts I never had a clutch problem, so know nothing about, but there is plenty of help here.

When you attempt to do the job, have a look at this guys work. It may help you figure out how to remove the clutch and get it all apart.
