Default 1997 EZGO Rear Axle Replacement

I believe I have a bent axle on the passenger side of my cart. How hard is it to change out the axle shaft? Any ideas? My cart is a 1997 EZGO TXT Gas.

Not hard at all.
remove
tire
axle nut
drum
C clip inside tube
pull axle

Before you do any of that rotate your tires and see if your bent axle goes away.

Thanks for the reply! I have already done that and unfortunately it's still there. To get to the C-Clip do I need to remove the axle tube? A little confused on how to get to the C-Clip.

I took the hub off and removed the c-clip that is in front of the bearing? It looks like a snap ring. Should the axle just come out after this?

Found a forum on here that said to turn the drum around and tap the drum with a hammer to remove the axle, it worked great.

Yes, I should have mentioned, some slide out and some hammer out.
