Re: Club Car not charging, wont go
Pack Positive is the positive battery post that has a large cable that goes to the Solenoid big post. That is battery #1.
Pack Negative is the negative battery post that has a large cable that goes through the OBC to controller B-. That is battery #4. |

Re: Club Car not charging, wont go
They are in this order facing the cart
32 41 They have what looks to be original crimped rings to fit snugly over each post. In the center of them sets the board with the controller, selenium, obc, etc. Until I figure out how to post a picture that's the best decryption I can give you. |

Re: Club Car not charging, wont go
The OBC is not working, do the OBC by-pass and see if the cart works.
Put the Tow/Run on Tow. Disconnect the 6-pin plug from the OBC. User a short piece of wire and jump the pins that correspond to the Red and Blue wires on the connector that is on the Cart Harness itself. Put the Tow/Run on Run. Test drive. If it works, the OBC is bad. |

Re: Club Car not charging, wont go
In a second thought, 35.9v is really border line on the OBC activating the charger.
Do You have a 12v charger You can use to charge individual batteries to get the pack voltage closer to 48v? |

Re: Club Car not charging, wont go
when testing the batteries individually all but #2 battery reads 12 v. Should only charge the low battery. Then try the charger?
