Thx guys. Got the Alltrax 500 amp controller, solenoid and 1 gauge power wires installed today. A special thanks to David at Revolution for helping me out tonight when the motor was running backwards. Alltrax has the blue and orange wires running to the motor backwards on their schematic...just an FYI.
The cart now has monsterous torque compared to the previous stock set up with the 250 amp controller. The Executioner is spinning up really fast now. I did not have time to mess with any of the controller programming so more to come on that later with top speed etc. I can tell you that it is at least 10 seconds or more quicker to 20 mph now. In a short run we hit 28. I expect more speed to come. Have to installed the black ext hardtop, fender flares and nerf bars too. |

1/2 mile run today. 31 mph gps top speed. I am thinking maybe 1-2 mph more potential.
